粒粒大小均勻，香味濃郁，全部已經去除菌
腳，容易處理，羊肚菌含極豐富蛋白質（超過
20%）、多醣類、多種維他命及礦物質，能改善
體質強化免疫系統，更有補腎益胃等功能，是

處理方法：用清水浸30分鐘，簡單沖洗數次，
即可烹煮，炒、炆或燉湯皆宜。
儲存方法：請存放於20°或以下之陰涼乾燥處，
如要存放多於2個月，須放雪櫃以防蟲蛀。
